How beautiful it was outside last night in Oregon Wine Country at Youngberg Hill. The red clover is blooming and the vines are so vibrant. We are spraying the vines today to make sure we stay ahead of mildew. With the nice weather coming we should have a lot more growth on the vines very quickly. We will be mowing the grass which is more than 2 feet high in some areas of the vineyard right after we are done spraying. The ground was wet before that we wanted it to dry out a little more. The last thing I wanted was another photo of the tractor sliding and getting stuck in the mud again. Haven’t lived that one down yet. I love looking at the vineyard right before and after we mow the grass. There is something magical about both.
