All alcoholic beverages are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. Youngberg Hill Vineyards and Inn makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of Oregon. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes Youngberg Hill to act on the buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. And in placing an order, the buyer represents to Youngberg Hill that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When the alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. We cannot ship to PO boxes. By sending this information, I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and give permission to Youngberg Hill Vineyards and Inn to charge my credit card for each shpment at the time of shipping.

·         Selections are chosen by Youngberg Hill and the charge is anywhere between $100 and $150 (this includes UPS charges).

·        Shipping Policy: All packages are sent UPS and require signature from an adult 21 or over. We suggest using a daytime (work) address for delivery.

·         Cancellation Policy: By joining the Wine Club, you agree to receive at least two shipments of wine. You may cancel your membership at any time after fulfilling the two shipment requirement. Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to shipment by emailing Wine@youngberghill.com
